Ed’s Easy Diner is growing rapidly from a small base, and to be successful we must carefully develop and train our employees. Teamwork is vital and everyone is important whatever their role. Depending upon the position you are interested in, previous foodservice experience is not necessary. Our philosophy is simple; you provide the enthusiasm - we’ll provide the training and support. And advancement is there for those who want it - many of our managers started as kitchen or waiting staff and have progressed to run their own Diners.
If you’re hard working, passionate about food, and have a good sense of humour, you’ll probably enjoy working at Ed’s. We don’t take ourselves too seriously but we do take what we do very seriously indeed.
