Our Beef

Ed’s hamburger butcher only buys beef from West Country farms which have been awarded ‘ Farm Assured ’ status, in recognition of their high animal welfare standards. From this high quality beef, batches of hamburgers are freshly made daily to Ed’s exclusive recipe.
